GH1035A application overview and features:
GH1035A has been used to manufacture more than ten kinds of parts such as turbine inner and outer rings and support rings of various aero-engines, and has been put into mass production.
After long-term aging, the σ phase is precipitated, but the growth rate is very slow, and no longer grows when it grows to a certain length. When aging at 700ºC*10000h and 750ºC*4000h, the size of the precipitated σ phase is below 20μm, which has little effect on the properties of the alloy.
