Product Description

Introduction to GH35:

GH35 superalloy rod is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy, which is solid solution strengthened with elements such as chromium and tungsten, and the operating temperature is below 900 °C.

The alloy has high thermal strength, and the level is close to that of GH3039 nickel-based alloy.

The alloy has good hot working plasticity and welding and cold forming process performance.

The main products are plates, bars, wires and rings.

GH35 application range:

GH35 superalloy rods have been used to make turbine engine combustion chambers, turbine outer rings and exhaust devices that work below 900 °C. It is suitable for making flame tubes, combustion chamber jackets, afterburners, guide rings and other annular parts of various aviation and aerospace engines.

Heat treatment system:

Plate: 1100ºC-1140ºC air cooling.

Bars and forgings: 1130ºC-1150ºC heat preservation for 1.5 hours, furnace cooling +710-730ºC heat preservation for 10 hours, air cooling.

Rings: 1120ºC heat preservation for 2.5 hours, furnace cooling +720ºC heat preservation for 16 hours, air cooling.

Density: 8.17 g/m3
