Material grade: GH2130 superalloy

1. Overview of GH2130 superalloy:

GH2130 superalloy is an age-hardening iron-based superalloy composed of chromium, nickel, tungsten and other elements, with a nickel content of about 38%. GH2130 superalloy has good hot and cold working properties and good plasticity. Its structure and performance are stable when used for a long time below 800 °C, and its high temperature strength is equivalent to GH4037.

Three, GH2130 superalloy characteristics Main uses:

1. Characteristics of GH2130 superalloy: GH2130 is an iron-nickel-based aging-strengthened alloy that has been successfully researched in my country, and is used to replace the nickel-based alloy G on 4037. The alloy has high thermal strength and good process plasticity and fatigue properties, and the notch sensitivity is slightly worse than that of GH4037; in order to improve the oxidation resistance, surface aluminizing or other measures can be taken. Practice has proved that it can completely replace GH4037 alloy, using 2130 instead of GH4037, each 1t can save 300kg of nickel, instead of GH4037 alloy for turbine blades and other parts working at 800-850ºC.

2. Main application of GH2130 superalloy: GH2130 is used for supercharger turbine and combustion gas turbine blade material with working temperature below 800ºC.
