1. Overview of Inconel 600 (NO6600) nickel-based alloys:
lnconel600 is an early developed nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700C .
Alloys can be strengthened by cold working or joined by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing, available; cold rolled sheet, hot rolled, thick plate, strip, wire, bar, round cake, ring billet, ring forging etc., suitable for making anti-oxidation parts under 1100C and under low load.

Corrosion resistance and main use environment:
INCONEL 600 is a nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high temperature corrosion resistance (acid and alkali resistance) and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength below 700 ºC sex and high plasticity.
The alloy is designed for low temperature to 1093°C environments. The oxidation resistance at high temperature is extremely excellent, and it has good oxidation resistance and carbonation resistance stability at 1093 ° C (but in a reducing atmosphere containing hydrogen sulfide, its upper limit temperature is 535 ° C).
It is very effective for the treatment of hydrogen chloride and chlorine gas at high temperature; hydrogen chloride can reach about 538ºC, and chlorine gas can be used safely up to 510ºC. This alloy also has very good corrosion resistance to nitrogen, hydrogen and carburizing, so it is used in various heat treatment furnaces.
Supporting welding materials and welding process: It is recommended to use AWS A5.14 welding wire ERNiCr-3 or AWS A5.11 welding rod ENiCrFe-3 for the welding of Inconel600 alloy. US SMC and Deutsche Nickel, welding process and instructions are welcome to call for.
Inventory: 600 alloy plate stock size is 0.5mm-12mm, 600 alloy bar stock stock size is Φ12mm-Φ220mm, pipe fittings and others can be customized according to customer requirements. The material origins are mainly American SMC, American Metallurgical Union Technology ATI, German ThyssenKrupp VDM and Deutsche Nickel. Provide original material certificate, customs declaration and certificate of origin.
