GH4133 (GH33) superalloy is an age-hardening nickel-based superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, aluminum and other elements, with a nickel content of about 68%. GH4043 superalloy alloy has good hot and cold working properties. It is further alloyed on the basis of GH4033 and has good comprehensive properties. Compared with GH4033, the grains are uniform and fine, the yield strength is (80-100) MPa, and the creep and fatigue properties are provided. It has good thermal processing properties and is easy to form.
GH4033 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, which is formed by adding aluminum and titanium to form a precipitation strengthening phase. It has sufficient high temperature strength for working use at a temperature of 700-750 degrees Celsius, and has good oxidation resistance below 900 degrees Celsius. Has good hot and cold processing properties.
