Product Description

1. Overview of GH80A (Nimonic80A)

GH80A (Nimonic80A) is a nickel-based superalloy composed of Ni-Cr as the matrix, and then adding Al and Ti elements. It is similar to the GH4033 alloy, but it has relatively more aluminum elements. The working temperature of GH80A alloy is 700~800ºC, and its creep resistance, strength and oxidation resistance can be well demonstrated under high temperature conditions (650~850ºC). Because GH80A has good cold and hot working performance, it is widely used in high temperature hot forging parts in aerospace, energy and chemical industry, transportation and other fields. Mainly supply hot-rolled sheets, cold-drawn bars, cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled bars, strips, and rings.
