GH2302 Overview
GH2302 is an iron-nickel-chromium-based age-hardening high-temperature alloy. When used for a long time at a working temperature below 700 °C, its structure and performance are stable, and it can reach 850 °C for a short time. Turbine parts, this alloy has good cold and hot formability and can be supplied in bar, sheet and casting.

GH2302 Heat Treatment System
1180ºC±10ºC, 2h, air cooling 1050ºC±10ºC, 4h, air cooling+800ºC±10ºC, 16h, air cooling. Plate: 1100-1130ºC, air-cooled (when testing the performance, the sample must be aged, and its specification is: 800ºC±10ºC, 16h, air-cooled). Casting: 1100ºC, 3-5h, air cooling +800ºC, 16h, air cooling.
GH2302 Variety Specifications and Supply Status
Hot-rolled bars below d 55mm can be supplied without heat treatment: cold-rolled sheets with δ0.5-4mm and hot-rolled medium plates with δ4-14mm, delivered in solution treatment state. We can supply master alloys for castings, cast turbine rotor blades and guide vanes, and cast integral turbines.
GH2302 Melting and casting process
Vacuum induction melting plus electroslag or vacuum arc remelting process is adopted. The cast master alloy is melted by vacuum induction, and then remelted and poured by vacuum induction.
GH2302 application overview and special requirements
Manufacture of turbojet engine afterburner plate parts and components, as well as industrial gas turbine blades and other parts. It is difficult to contact welding the plate, and attention should be paid to the appropriate joining process.
