Product Description

GH3030 solid solution strengthened superalloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 °C, and good resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, Cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. The main product is cold rolled sheet, but also deformed products such as bar, ring, wire and tube can be supplied. It is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components that work below 800 °C and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100 °C but bear small loads. 1.5. Heat treatment system
The solution temperature is 980~1020ºC, the cooling method is air cooling for hot-rolled sheet, cold-rolled sheet and ring blank, water-cooling or air-cooling for cold heading wire and cold-drawn bar, and water-cooling for pipe.

1.6. Variety Specifications and Supply Status
Various specifications of deformed products can be produced. Bars and ring blanks are delivered without heat treatment; hot-rolled sheets, cold-rolled sheets and pipes are supplied after solution and pickling; welding wires are in cold-drawn, solid-solution and pickling states. Or semi-hard state in disk shape delivery; cold heading wire in solid solution, pickling state into disk shape or straight strip, solid solution straight strip polished or cold drawn state delivery; pipe in solid solution, acid Delivery in washed state; cold drawn rods are delivered in annealed, annealed and pickled, annealed and polished or cold drawn.

1.7. Melting and casting process
