GH2135 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening wrought superalloy, and the operating temperature range is below 700ºC. The alloy is added with elements such as aluminum and titanium to form an aging precipitation strengthening phase, and chromium, tungsten and molybdenum are added for solid solution strengthening. The alloy has the characteristics of good low-cycle fatigue resistance, yield strength at 700 degrees Celsius that increases with temperature, and good hot working plasticity. GH2135 is used to make turbines, discs and thermoforming molds working at 750-850 degrees Celsius. Such as forging hammers and hot stamping dies.
