GH4133 and GH4133B are Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloys.
GH4133B alloy is a modified alloy based on GH4133 alloy after adding appropriate amount of magnesium and zirconium.
The service temperature of the two alloys is below 750 ºC, and both have good comprehensive mechanical properties, high yield strength, good oxidation resistance, stable structure, uniform and fine grains, and easy hot forming. In particular, the GH4133B alloy improves the notch sensitivity of the GH4133 alloy below 750 °C, which doubles the service life of the material and greatly improves the lasting strength and plasticity.
The two alloys are suitable for manufacturing important load-bearing parts such as turbine disks and working blades of aero-engines with temperatures below 750°C.
The main products are hot rolled and forged bars, disc forgings and rings.

1. Introduction of GH4133B:
GH4133B is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, and the operating temperature is below 750 degrees Celsius. The alloy has high yield strength, good comprehensive mechanical properties, good oxidation resistance, stable structure, uniform and fine grains, and is easy to hot work. Compared with GH4133, this alloy has an appropriate amount of magnesium and zirconium added, which improves the notch sensitivity of GH4133 alloy below 750 degrees Celsius.
