Introduction to GH3044:
The alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based anti-oxidation alloy. It has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900 °C, and has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for long-term manufacturing below 900 °C. Working aero-engine main combustion chamber and afterburner components, as well as heat shields, guide vanes, etc.

GH3044 Metallographic structure:
The alloy is basically single-phase austenite and a small amount of MC and M23C6 carbides after solid solution at 1200 °C.
GH3044 process performance and requirements:
1. The alloy sheet has good stamping process performance. The ingot forging heating temperature is 1170ºC, and the final forging is 900ºC.
2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature of the forging.
3. The alloy can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding, seam welding and brazing.
