Product Description

GH1016 is an iron-nickel-based superalloy reinforced with tungsten, molybdenum, niobium, and nitrogen elements composite solid solution. It has satisfactory oxidation resistance, high plasticity, high thermal strength and good thermal fatigue performance. The alloy is cold stamped and formed. It has good welding performance and is suitable for manufacturing aero-engine combustion chamber plate structural parts and other high-temperature parts with a working temperature below 950 °C. Sheets, bars, rings and forgings can be produced.

GH1016 alloy is a nickel-saving iron-nickel-based superalloy, which is used to manufacture afterburner parts of aero-engines working below 900ºC. The overall performance of the alloy is comparable to that of the highest nickel-based alloys GH44 and GH22. It can be used as their substitute material, and can also replace the lower-performance nickel-based alloys GH399 and GH30. It can improve the reliability of the alloy for long-term operation at high temperature. The use of GH1016 alloy can increase the life of aero-engines, reduce the weight of the engine, and save the strategic element nickel.

GH1016 has good plasticity of alloy and good cold and hot workability, and can be produced into cold-rolled sheet and hot-rolled medium plate of 0.8-4.0 mm. It also has good solderability. For general aging alloys, due to high strength and high aging tendency, cracks are easy to occur during the welding process, but for alloys, as long as the welding specification of the alloy is controlled, the crack tendency of the weld is small, and the strength of the weld is small. The coefficient is ≥95%, so it has become the leader in aging alloys and is welcomed by users. The smelting process route of vacuum induction + electroslag remelting is a more reasonable process. It not only ensures the strength but also improves the plasticity of the alloy. The heat treatment process of this aging plate is simple and feasible, and does not require complicated equipment. The room temperature strength of the material can reach 104 kg/mm after full heat treatment. The alloy has a high strength level at 800 ° C, and can be used as a combustion chamber for aviation and industrial gas turbines, afterburning and gas heat insulation boards for a long time.
