Overview:
GH652 is a Cr-Ni-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, which is used in the form of solid solution below 1100.
The alloy has good corrosion resistance, moderate tensile and lasting strength, good forming technology and processing properties, and good structural stability.
It is suitable for the manufacture of aero-engine combustion chambers, heat shields and other components below 1100.
In the field of civil industry, it can be used to manufacture high temperature device parts below 1200.

Process performance and requirements:
1. The alloy has good plasticity in hot working process and good deformation performance. The forging heating temperature is 1170ºC, and the final forging is 900ºC.
2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature of the forging.
3. The alloy can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding or seam welding, and its welding performance is excellent, and the tendency of argon arc welding to crack is small.
4. After heat treatment, the oxide scale on the surface of the parts can be removed by sand blowing or pickling.
Heat treatment system:
Hot rolled and forged bars and forgings, 1150-1200ºC*40-60min/AC
Hot rolled cold rolled sheet 1080-1200ºC/AC
Cold rolled strip 1100-1130ºC, /AC.
application:
GH652 alloy is used to make engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts. Such as: nozzle cover, box cover, diffuser and heat shield, etc.
