GH1040 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy. GH1040 iron-based superalloy is a solid solution strengthened iron-based superalloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, chromium, nitrogen and other elements. The alloy is below 700ºC It has a high thermal strength index, and the nickel content is about 26%. GH1040 superalloy alloy has good hot and cold workability. It can reach high enough instantaneous strength when used at 990-1000ºC for a short time; the hot workability is good. After the alloy is strengthened by warm working, the strength of the alloy can be significantly improved.
