GH170
1. Introduction of GH170:
GH170 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based solid-solution-strengthened deformed superalloy. Its composition is characterized by containing W, Co, Cr, and adding a small amount of lanthanum to strengthen the grain boundaries. The alloy has high strength and good creep resistance at 1000 degrees Celsius, and has good strength at 1100 degrees Celsius -1200 degrees Celsius.
2. GH170 application and features:
GH170 alloy has excellent oxidation resistance and good cold forming and welding process performance. Alloys are used in the manufacture of afterburner trim parts of aero-engines. The alloy performance level is close to the US HA188 and MAR-M918.
