GH131 superalloy is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthening deformed superalloy, which is solid solution strengthened when elements such as chromium and tungsten are added.
The operating temperature is 700ºC-1000ºC. The alloy has good hot working plasticity, welding and cold forming process properties.
The main products are cold-rolled sheet, hot-rolled medium plate, bar, flat steel and wire, etc.
GH131 superalloy has been used to make engines, combustion chamber partitions, turbine gas intake ducts, gas generator converging sections, conical guides, turbine bends and flanges that work for a short time at 700ºC-1000ºC. part;
Aero-engine afterburner, afterburner, heat shield, stabilizer and adjustment sheet that work for a long time at 700ºC-750ºC;
Ground gas turbines are used for parts such as flame tubes that work for a long time below 700 °C.
Heat treatment system:
Solution treatment of cold-rolled sheet and hot-rolled sheet: 1130ºC-1170ºC, air cooling.
Hot rolled and forged bars: 1160ºC, air cooled.
