1. Introduction of NS336:
NS336 is a Ni-Cr-based solid-solution-strengthened deformed superalloy.
It is a solid-solution-strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with chromium, molybdenum, and niobium as the main strengthening elements.
The tensile properties and fatigue properties, processing and welding properties are good, the alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion in a salt spray atmosphere.
Therefore, Inconel625 can be widely used in the manufacture of aero-engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment.
A wide variety of plates, bars, tubes, and forgings are available.
2. NS336 application and features:
NS336 alloy has very low corrosion rate in both marine and non-ocean, good seawater corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance to various salt solutions, good corrosion resistance to HNO3, H3PO4, and HCl and low concentration H2SO4 heated to below the boiling point. It also has considerable resistance.
The age hardening phenomenon of the alloy after long-term use at 550-700 ºC can lead to some decline in the plasticity of the alloy.
If you need both high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, Jiangsu Xingda recommends using this material.
It can be used for aviation equipment, pitting corrosion of sea water, chloride stress corrosion resistance, F-H3PO4 resistance, etc., such as the manufacture of thin-walled vessels and pipe fittings, corrosion-resistant pipes, reactors, heat exchangers and valves, etc.
