GH39 is a single-phase austenitic solid solution strengthened alloy with moderate thermal strength and good thermal fatigue properties below 800°C, and good oxidation resistance below 1000°C. Long-term use is stable in structure, and also has good cold formability and welding performance. Parts of aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner suitable for long-term use below 850°C. The alloy can be used to produce plates, bars, wires, tubes and forgings.

1.5. Heat treatment system
Solution treatment of hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets and strips: 1050~1090ºC, air cooling. Solution treatment of rods and pipes: 1050~1080ºC, air-cooled or water-cooled.
1.6. Variety Specifications and Supply Status
Can supply various specifications of hot-rolled sheet, cold-rolled sheet, strip, bar, wire, pipe, and forgings. Sheets, strips and tubes are solution treated and pickled for delivery. The wire rod is supplied in the cold working state or the solid solution state and the bar is delivered without heat treatment.
1.7. Melting and casting process
The alloy is smelted by electric arc furnace, electric arc furnace or non-vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting and vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag or vacuum arc remelting process.
1.8. Application overview and special requirements
The aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts made of this alloy have good performance after long-term production and use tests.
