GH2903 is Fe-Ni-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, which is characterized by low thermal expansion coefficient and stable elastic modulus in a wide temperature range, and the operating temperature is below 650. The alloy has high strength, excellent resistance to cold and heat, welding performance, and resistance to high-pressure hydrogen embrittlement. GH2903 alloy is an ideal material for realizing engine clearance control technology, which can improve engine efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. It is suitable for the manufacture of turbine casings, sealing rings and other components of aviation and aerospace engines.

GH2903 has the tendency of stress to accelerate the oxidative embrittlement of grain boundary, which leads to the decrease of high temperature notch durability.
