NS333 is a high temperature and corrosion resistant alloy.
The alloy contains a large amount of Cr, Mo and other elements, and has a single-phase austenite structure.
Corrosion-resistant alloy with many excellent properties, good resistance to oxidative and moderately reducing corrosion.
It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and good resistance to local clothing, and has satisfactory corrosion resistance in many chemical process media, including highly corrosive inorganic acid solutions, chlorine and various media containing chlorides, drying Chlorine, formic acid and acetic acid, seawater and brine, etc.

NS333 Features:
1. Control the low content of iron and chromium to prevent the formation of β-phase Ni4Mo.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance to reducing environment.
3. Excellent resistance to medium concentration sulfuric acid and many non-oxidizing acids.
4. Good resistance to chloride reduction stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
5. Excellent corrosion resistance to various organic acids.
NS333 Corrosion Resistance:
The carbon and silicon content of nickel-molybdenum alloy HastelloyC is extremely low, which reduces the precipitation of carbon and other impurity phases in the welding heat-affected zone, so the weld also has sufficient corrosion resistance. Alloy Hastelloy C-2 has good corrosion resistance in reducing media, such as hydrochloric acid solutions of various temperatures and concentrations. It also has good corrosion resistance in medium concentration sulfuric acid solution (or containing a certain amount of chloride ions). It can also be used in acetic and phosphoric environments. Alloy materials can have good corrosion resistance only when they are in suitable metallographic state and pure crystal structure.
