Product Description

GH4133 and GH4133B are Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloys.

GH4133B alloy is a modified alloy based on GH4133 alloy added with appropriate amounts of magnesium and zirconium.

The service temperature of the two alloys is below 750ºC, and both have good comprehensive mechanical properties and high yield strength; they have good oxidation resistance, stable structure and uniform fine grains; they are easy to hot-process and form.

Especially GH4133B alloy improves the notch sensitivity of GH4133 alloy below 750°C, doubles the service life of the material, and greatly improves the durability and plasticity.

The two alloys are suitable for manufacturing important load-bearing parts such as turbine discs and working blades of aero-engines at temperatures below 750°C. The main products are hot-rolled and forged bars, plate forgings and ring parts.

GH4133 and GH4133B alloys have been used to make important parts such as turbine discs and load-bearing rings of various types of aero-engines, and they are in good condition in batch production. GH4133 alloy is also used to make high temperature bolts and tie rods for aircraft engines and industrial steam turbines.

After long-term aging of the alloy above 700ºC, η phase precipitates on the grain boundaries, and the number of η phases in the grain boundaries and intragranular increases significantly at 3000h, and a large cellular population of η phase appears. The long-lasting plasticity of the alloy above 700ºC is low, and it has notch sensitivity.
