The alloy has high strength, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance below 700 ºC.
The alloy can produce large-sized and super-sized superalloy products, suitable for making parts such as aero-engine casings, diffuser casings, turbine disks and fasteners, and can also be used to make large-diameter rings suitable for gas turbines for cycle power generation. pieces.
The main products are bars, forgings, rings, sheets and strips.
Alloys have been used to make components such as engine high-pressure compressor extension casings.
The alloy has a wide range of hot working temperature and high plasticity in the range of 850ºC-1150ºC.
When the deformation rate is 0.01, the steady-state rheological stage is quickly entered at 900ºC-1100ºC, and then the change of true stress is very small, which is extremely beneficial for large-scale blanking and hot working.
In the three-stage heat treatment of the alloy, 843ºC*3h is the stabilization treatment.
After the treatment, a large amount of η phase exists on the grain boundary, and the existence of η phase is beneficial to the improvement of the durability.
