Product Description

Hastelloy G30 alloy is a corrosion-resistant alloy improved on the basis of Hastelloy G3 nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-copper alloy.

Hastelloy G30 has higher chromium content and added cobalt and tungsten, which makes G30 alloy in industrial phosphoric acid and complex environments containing high oxidizing acids to perform better than most other iron-nickel-based corrosion resistance alloys. . Due to the high chromium content, the main corrosion resistance feature of G30 is that the performance of H3PO4 containing Cl- and F- is significantly better than that of Hastelloy G3 alloy. It also has excellent corrosion resistance in nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid + hydrofluoric acid. This alloy can be used in evaporators in the industrial production of wet phosphoric acid and in the equipment and components for HNO3+HF mixed acid of pickling stainless steel, and can also be used in corrosion-resistant devices in the production of nuclear fuel.
