Product Description

GH4105

1. GH4105 application overview and characteristics:

GH4105 alloy has been used in the manufacture of aero-engine turbine blades, fan seals and high-temperature bolts and other components, with good batch production and use. GH4105 is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature parts such as aero-engine turbine blades and high-temperature bolts. GH4105 alloy has high deformation resistance and should be prevented from cracking during forging and rolling. The suitable drawing temperature for cold-drawn bars is about 600°C.

GH4105 is a Ni-Co-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. The operating temperature is 750ºC~950ºC. The alloy has high room temperature and high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance, but general hot working performance and welding performance. The main products of GH4105 are hot-rolled bars and flats, cold-drawn bars, profiles and rings.

5. GH4105 smelting process

Adopt non-vacuum melting + vacuum remelting, or vacuum induction furnace + vacuum arc remelting, or vacuum induction furnace + vacuum self-consumption remelting melting process.

6. GH4105 variety specifications and supply status

GH4105 main specifications; hot-rolled and forged bars with a diameter of 20mm~200mm; cross-sectional dimensions of 68.5mmx38mmx160mm, 77.5mmx44.5mmx200mm hot-rolled flat bars; cold drawn bars with a diameter of ≤40mm; forgings and profiles of various sizes.

GH4105 supply status; hot-rolled bars are supplied without heat treatment, and the surface is fully polished or polished; hot-rolled flats are supplied after hot rolling + descaling. Cold-drawn bars are supplied by cold-drawing (the amount of cold-drawn deformation after the final annealing is 8%~12%) + solid solution + centerless grinding or chemical descaling; profiles are processed by extrusion or rolling + softening ( 1150ºC±10ºC, 30min, rapid cooling) + supply after descaling; cakes are not heat-treated, they are supplied after both ends are polished or fully polished.

7. GH4105 physical properties

Melting temperature range: 1340ºC~1380ºC.

Density: p=7.97g/cm3.

Magnetic properties: The alloy is non-magnetic.

Antioxidant properties of GH4105:

In the air medium, the oxidation weight loss of GH4105 alloy when heated at 800ºC and 950ºC for 100h is 0.11mg/cm3 and 0.99mg/cm3 respectively; when heated at 950ºC for 100h and cooled every 24h, the oxidation weight loss is 1.89mg/cm3.

GH4105 corrosion resistance:

The corrosion weight loss of GH4105 alloy is 0.6mg/cm3 in 1000h test in air containing 3%SO2 at 800ºC, and 15.0mg/cm3 in argon containing 3%SO2 for 1000h.

8. GH4105 process performance and requirements:

Forming process and properties; the charging temperature of the ingot shall not be higher than 800 °C, the heating temperature shall be 1150 °C~1170 °C, the rolling temperature shall not be lower than 1090 °C, and the final rolling temperature shall not be lower than 1060 °C; the drawing temperature of the cold-drawn bar is 600°C.

The blanks for turbine blades should be sprayed with protective lubricant according to the specified process requirements, and can be heated in the furnace after drying.

The blank of the parts is loaded in the electric furnace at a temperature of 800 °C ± 10 ° C, kept for 60 minutes, and the heating temperature is 1150 ° C ± 10 ° C, and the heating temperature is 30 minutes. After upsetting, blast sand on the blank of the parts, and then spray protective lubricant according to the specified process requirements. After drying, install the furnace, heat and keep warm according to the above regulations, perform final forging on a crank press, and lubricate with molybdenum disulfide. Die bore.

GH4105 welding performance:

The heat-affected zone of alloy welding is prone to micro-cracks, and it is not suitable to use tungsten inert gas shielded welding and metal electrode inert gas shielded welding. Flash butt welding and brazing in vacuum, liquefied hydrogen medium or inert gas (not more than 1150 ºC) are better.

Heat treatment process of parts:

The heat treatment of the parts is the same as the standard heat treatment system of each variety. For the local work hardening of the blade during the manufacturing process after solution solution (before aging), argon or hydrogen protection surface annealing should be carried out according to the specified requirements, and the annealing temperature is 1020ºC~1040ºC.

Machining and grinding performance: no special requirements
