GH4202
It is a NI-Cr-based precipitation-strengthened deformed superalloy with a working temperature range of -253°C to 800°C.
Add ω(Al+Ti) 4% to the alloy to form a γ' aging strengthening phase, add ω(W+Mo) 9% for solid solution strengthening, and add a small amount of boron and cerium elements to strengthen and purify the grain boundaries.
The alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties and stable microstructure. It has high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and excellent resistance to oxygen-rich corrosion.
The alloy has good welding performance and is a typical multi-purpose superalloy material. The main products of Shanghai Shanghu include bars, forgings, plates, pipes and wires.
GH4202 superalloy has been used to make dozens of components such as turbine rotor, rectifier grid, turbine spherical shell, bellows and gas pipeline of new high-thrust liquid rocket engines, and it is in good condition.
Alloys are also widely used in aviation, nuclear energy, petroleum and chemical fields, requiring heat-resistant load-bearing parts and welding parts with high corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
GH4202 alloy is required to be welded in solution state, and heat treatment is required after welding to eliminate residual stress. There is no harmful phase precipitation in the alloy after long-term aging at high temperature.

From Liaoxin 7-0029, Liaoxin 7-0030, Liaoxin 7-0031, Q/GYB 05032, Q/GYB 05018 and Q/GYB 05020, the standard heat treatment system for each variety is:
A Cold-rolled sheet, (1060~1120)ºC/AC+850ºC×5h/AC, in which the solution holding time depends on the thickness of the sheet;
B Hot-rolled sheet, (1090~1150)ºC/AC+850ºC×5h/AC, in which the solution holding time depends on the thickness of the sheet;
C Bars and forgings, (1060~1150)ºC×5h/AC+(800~865)ºC×5h/AC;
D Seamless tube, 1100ºC×(5~10)min/quick cooling+850ºC×5h/AC.
