Product Description

GH3030 solid solution strengthened superalloy is an early 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened superalloy. It has simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800ºC, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process properties. After solution treatment, the alloy becomes single phase austenite, and the structure is stable during use. The main products are cold rolled sheet, also can supply bar, ring, wire and pipe deformation products. It is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber parts working below 800ºC and other high temperature parts requiring oxidation resistance but bearing little load below 1100ºC. GH3030 has strong hot processing and cold processing performance, used to produce a variety of chemical equipment and accessories.
