GH4033 is a NI-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, which is formed by adding aluminum and titanium elements to form a precipitation strengthening phase. The alloy used is less than 700°C.
The alloy has sufficient high temperature strength at 700ºC~750ºC, good oxidation resistance below 900ºC, and good cold and hot workability of the alloy. It is suitable for making parts such as turbine blades that work below 750°C and turbine discs that work below 700°C.
The main products include hot-rolled and forged bars, cold-drawn bars, cold-rolled plates, cold-drawn wires, forged round cakes, and turbines. Working blades and disc (ring) parts, etc.
