Product Description

GH4586 Antioxidant

GH4586 (GH586) precipitation hardening deformed superalloy

GH4586 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, the operating temperature range is -196ºC~800ºC, and it can be used for a short time at 850ºC. The alloy is added with aluminum and titanium elements to form a γ' precipitation strengthening phase, and cobalt, chromium, tungsten and molybdenum elements are added for solid solution strengthening. Under suitable hot working and heat treatment process conditions, the alloy precipitates fine granular carbides along the grain boundaries, which play a supplementary strengthening effect. The alloy has high high temperature strength, good anti-yangization, corrosion resistance and ablation resistance, as well as good processing and welding properties. The main products are bars, round cakes and die forgings.

The alloy is a high-performance superalloy turbolun disk material developed by my country with independent intellectual property rights. It has been used to make heat-resistant load-bearing parts for engines in aviation, aerospace and other fields, including turbine rotors for liquid oxygen/kerosene rocket engines and many Various types of aerospace engine turbine rotor die forgings, in good condition.
