GH1015 is a Fe-Ni-Cr-based solid-solution-strengthened deformed high-temperature alloy. The nickel content is about 38% when the operating temperature is below 950ºC. . The alloy participates in the solid solution strengthening of elements such as chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. GH1015 is generally used to manufacture sheet structural parts and other high-temperature components such as the extinguishing chamber of the aviation engine and the afterburner cylinder. GH1015 has a certain age hardening phenomenon when working for a long time at 700ºC~900ºC, which can make the room temperature plastic drop; when the alloy has a tendency to oxidize along the grain boundary when working for a long time above 700ºC, it can be effectively maintained with enamel coating. The anti-yangization performance at high temperature above 1000ºC is slightly worse than that of similar nickel-based alloys. This alloy can be used as a substitute for GH2039, GH3030, GH3044 and GH3536 alloys.
