GH4586 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, the operating temperature range is -196ºC-800ºC, and it can be used for a short time at 850ºC.
The alloy is added with aluminum and titanium elements to form a γ precipitation strengthening phase, and cobalt, chromium, tungsten and molybdenum elements are added for solid solution strengthening.
Under suitable hot working and heat treatment process conditions, the alloy precipitates fine granular carbides along the grain boundaries, which play a supplementary strengthening effect.
The alloy has high high temperature strength, and has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and ablation resistance, as well as good hot working and welding properties.
The main products are bars, round cakes and die forgings.
