H3128 (GH128) is tungsten and molybdenum solid solution reinforced with boron, cerium and zirconium to strengthen the grain boundary nickel-based alloy with high plasticity, high lasting creep strength, good resistance to oxidation and stamping, welding and other properties. Its comprehensive performance is superior to similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for high-temperature components such as aero-engine combustion chamber flame tube, strengthening combustion chamber shell, regulator, etc. for long-term operation at 950 ºC. The main products are cold-rolled sheets, but also hot-rolled sheets, bars, forgings, wires and pipes . The solution temperature is 1140~118ºC, and it is air-cooled. The high temperature performance was checked after supplemental solution treatment at 1200°C. Cold rolled sheet 0.8~4.0mm. Hot rolled sheet 4~14mm. Cold drawn wire Φ0.3~10mm. Solution pickling of cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheets; cold drawn welding wire. Semi-hard or solution and pickling. Non-vacuum or vacuum induction furnace plus electroslag remelting. The alloy is suitable for the following components of 950 ºC aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner with good effect.
