Inconel625 is an alloy grade with a density of 8.4 g/cm3, a melting point of 1290-1350 °C, excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, and excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidative and reducing environments.
Inconel625/alloy625 is a Ni-Cr-based solid-solution-strengthened deformed superalloy. It is a solid-solution-strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. Tensile properties and fatigue properties, good processing and welding properties, the alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is resistant to stress corrosion in a salt spray atmosphere.
Therefore, Inconel625/alloy625 can be widely used in the manufacture of aero-engine parts, aerospace structural parts and chemical equipment. A wide variety of plates, bars, tubes, and forgings are available.

Inconel625/alloy625 alloy has a very low corrosion rate in both marine and non-marine environments, has good seawater corrosion resistance, is resistant to corrosion by various salt solutions, and has good corrosion resistance to HNO3 and H3PO4. HCl below the boiling point and low concentration of H2SO4 also have considerable resistance, and the age hardening phenomenon of the alloy after long-term use at 550-700 ºC can lead to some decline in the plasticity of Inconel625/alloy625 alloy.

Inconel625/alloy625 is processed for welding: this alloy has high resistance to high temperature deformation. Generally, the processing temperature is 1170 degrees, the large deformation is 1010~1170 degrees, and the micro deformation can be carried out above 930 degrees. The cold forming operation is good. The heat treatment is generally at 1093~1204 degrees. Welding performance is good.
