GH199 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, and the operating temperature is below 950ºC. The alloy is solid solution strengthened by adding tungsten, molybdenum and chromium elements, aluminum and titanium elements are added to form an aging strengthening phase, and boron and magnesium elements are added to purify and strengthen the grain boundaries. The alloy has high strength, good oxidation resistance and welding performance, and the comprehensive performance of the alloy is good. The main products of Jiangsu Xingda Superalloy Technology Co., Ltd. are hot-rolled and forged bars, hot-rolled sheets, cold-rolled sheets, strips and tubes.
GH199 superalloy has been used to make afterburner heat shields, adjustable nozzle heat shields, sleeves and other welded load-bearing components and aircraft airborne equipment parts used in aero-engines below 950 ºC, and the batch production and use are in good condition.
Due to the high degree of alloying and the large deformation and tensile strength, the hot and cold working plasticity of the alloy is poor. During processing, the amount of cold deformation of the forging (rolling) pass should be strictly controlled to avoid processing cracks. The alloy has σ phase precipitation after long-term aging at 700ºC~800ºC.

Extracted from Liaoxin 7-0074, Liaoxin 7-0075, Q/6S 1818, Q/6S 1819 and Q/GYB 517, the alloys are used in the solid solution state.
GH199 superalloy heat treatment system:
A Hot rolled and forged bars, (1150~1200) ºC/AC, the holding time depends on the diameter of the material;
B Plate and strip, (1100~1150) ºC/WQ or AC, the holding time depends on the thickness of the material.
