GH141
1. Introduction of GH141:
GH141 is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. The long-term service temperature can reach below 980 degrees Celsius, and it has high tensile, lasting and creep strength, yield resistance and fatigue resistance at a service temperature of 650-900 degrees Celsius. As well as good oxidation resistance, it is one of the sheet alloys with high mechanical properties below 980 degrees Celsius. The alloy has good machinability and is used to make parts that require high strength below 870 degrees Celsius and oxidation resistance below 980 degrees Celsius. Welding performance.
2. GH141 application and features:
GH141 is used to make components such as engine combustion inner sleeve, high pressure turbine outer ring support ring and fixing ring, high pressure guide outer ring and support ring and fasteners. Due to the high content of aluminum-titanium and molybdenum elements in the alloy, it is difficult to forge and open the embryo, but the plasticity after opening is good.
