Product Description

GH4133 and GH4133B are Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloys, and GH4133B alloy is a modified alloy based on GH4133 alloy after adding appropriate amount of magnesium and zirconium. The service temperature of the two alloys is below 750 ºC, and both have good comprehensive mechanical properties, high yield strength, good oxidation resistance, stable structure, uniform and fine grains, and easy hot processing. In particular, the GH4133B alloy improves the notch sensitivity of the GH4133 alloy below 750°C, doubles the service life of the material, and greatly improves the durability strength and plasticity. The two alloys are suitable for manufacturing important load-bearing parts such as turbine disks and working blades of aero-engines with temperatures below 750°C. The main products are hot rolled and forged bars, disc forgings and rings.
 
GH4133 and GH4133B alloys have been used to manufacture important components such as turbine disks and bearing rings of various types of aero-engines, and are in good batch use. GH4133 alloy is also used in the manufacture of high temperature bolts and tie rods for aircraft engines and industrial steam turbines.
 
After long-term aging of the alloy above 700 °C, η phase is separated on the grain boundary, and the amount of η phase is significantly added at the grain boundary and intragranular for 3000 h, showing a large cell aggregate of η phase. The durable plasticity of the alloy above 700 ºC is low, and it has notch sensitivity.
