2.5.2. Corrosion resistance The alloy has good resistance to heat corrosion.
metallographic structure
The alloy precipitates γ' phase on the austenite matrix, M23C6 carbides are distributed in the grain boundary in chains, MC carbides are mainly distributed in the grains, and M7C3 carbides are not found.
Process performance
1. The alloy has good hot working plasticity. In the temperature range of 1050~1150ºC, the allowable upsetting deformation is 80% without cracking. The forging temperature is 1130~1150ºC, and the final forging temperature is not lower than 950ºC.
2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature of the forging.
3. The plates can be connected by argon arc welding. The weldability in the solid solution state is still good. After welding, the stress is eliminated and the aging treatment is carried out.
4. The cutting performance of the alloy in the solid solution state is better than that in the aging state.
