GH1140 is a solid solution strengthened iron-nickel-based high-temperature alloy. In addition to containing a large amount of chromium, it also uses a small amount of tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum and titanium to compound and strengthen the solid solution. The alloy has moderate thermal strength, high plasticity, good thermal fatigue, structural stability and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing plate structural parts and other high-temperature parts of aero-engine and gas turbine combustor whose working temperature is below 850ºC. We can supply various deformed products such as plates, rods, tubes, wires, strips and forgings.
