GH3652 overview:
GH3652 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. It is used in a solid solution state and the operating temperature is below 1100 °C. The alloy has excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, moderate tensile and lasting strength, good forming process and machinability, and good microstructure stability. It is suitable for making components such as combustion chambers and heat shields of aero-engines below 1100°C. In the field of civil industry, it can be used to make high temperature device parts used below 1200ºC. The main products are hot-rolled and forged bars, hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets, cold-rolled strips and forgings.
GH3652 application overview and features:
The alloy has been used to make aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts (such as nozzle cover, box cover, diffuser and heat shield, etc.), and the batch production and use are in good condition.
The alloy has a tendency to crack under the condition of alternating heat and cold above 800 ºC.
