GH1015 is a FE-NI-CR-based solid solution strengthened wrought high temperature alloy. The service temperature is below 950 degrees. The alloy is solid solution strengthened by adding elements such as chromium, tungsten and molybdenum. The alloy has high plasticity and medium endurance and creep strength, good resistance to cold and heat fatigue, as well as good processing and welding performance and structural stability.

GH1015 processing and welding performance:
Before GH1015 spot welding and seam welding, the material should not be stored for more than 15 days after mechanical polishing. The cracking tendency of argon arc welding is less than 15%. It is recommended to use the same grade or HGH3536\3044 filler material for argon tungsten arc welding. Are there any special requirements for cutting and grinding?

application:
GH1015 alloy has been used in the manufacture of sheet structural steel and other high-temperature components such as aero-engine combustion chambers and afterburners.

Features:
The alloy has a certain age hardening phenomenon during long-term work at 700 degrees to 900 degrees, which reduces the room temperature plasticity. The alloy has a tendency to oxidize along the grain boundary when it is used for a long time above 700 degrees. Enamel coating can be used for effective protection. The high temperature oxidation resistance above 1000 degrees is slightly worse than that of similar nickel-based alloys.
