GH4708 (GH708) precipitation hardening deformed superalloy
GH4708 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, and its service temperature is below 850ºC.
The alloy is comprehensively strengthened with elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum and titanium.
It has high anti-yangization performance, stable structure, and satisfactory cold and hot forming and welding process performance.
It is suitable for the manufacture of load-bearing parts of aero-engine compressors, combustion chambers, turbines, adjustable nozzles and other parts that work below 850 °C.
Mainly include hot rolled and forged bars, plates, wires, rings and forgings.
The alloy has been used to make aero-engine mounting edges, eccentric rings, half rings, sealing ring seats, low-pressure turbine outer rings, nozzle housings, tie rods, pins and high-temperature bearing parts of the bottom plate. And passed the long-term test of the engine.
The surface of the alloy can be treated with Al infiltration, Ag passivation plating and Cr plating. There is no harmful phase precipitation after the alloy is aged at 800ºC for 1000h.

From Q/3B?988, Q/3B?989, Q/3B?998, Liaoxin 7-0055, Liaoxin 7-0057 and Liaoxin 7-0060, the standard heat treatment system for each variety is:
A? Hot rolled and forged bars, 1140ºC±10ºC×1h/AC+800ºC±10ºC×15h/AC;
B? Cold rolled sheet, supply state (annealing): (1080~1120) ºC/AC or WQ, standard heat treatment: 1140ºC±10ºC/AC+800ºC±10ºC×15h/AC, among which annealing and solution treatment The holding time depends on the actual thickness of the board;
C? Hot rolled medium and heavy plate, (1080~1120)ºC/WQ+800ºC±10ºC×(5~15)h/AC, in which the solution holding time depends on the actual thickness of the plate.
