GH4413 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, the operating temperature is less than 850ºC.
The alloy was added with ω(Al+Ti)4.5% to form a γ-precipitation strengthening phase, and ω(W+Mo)9% was added for solid solution strengthening, and a trace amount of boron and mackerel were added for grain boundary strengthening.
The alloy has high high temperature strength and high temperature plasticity, and has good comprehensive performance and stability.
It is suitable for making working blades below 850ºC. The main products are hot rolled, forged bars and die forged leaves.

Alloys have been used to make high temperature structural parts such as gas turbine turbine blades.
The alloy life is 800 ºC, 850 ºC, 900 ºC, the structure is stable, and there is no TCP phase separation.
Heat Treatment Guidelines
The standard heat treatment system for bars and forged blades is as follows:
1120ºC±10ºC×2h/AC+1050ºC±10ºC×4h/AC+850ºC±10ºC×16h/AC. Forming and welding.
