GH3044 superalloy is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy, and its service temperature is below 900ºC. The alloy contains a large amount of tungsten and a small amount of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high plasticity and moderate thermal strength, and has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for the production of main combustion chamber and afterburner parts of aero-engines that work for a long time below 900 °C, as well as heat shields, guide vanes, etc. Shanghai Yehan's main products are sheet, strip, wire, and ring parts.
GH3044 superalloy has been used to make sheet metal stamping and welding structural parts of aero-engine combustion chamber and afterburner, as well as parts such as mounting force, conduit, guide vane and coke reactor, and its performance is good.
GH3044 superalloy can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding, seam welding and brazing, and can be welded with alloys such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, GH1140, GH3030 and GH3039. Parts working at high temperatures can be effectively protected with W-2 enamel coating.
