GH1035 is a Fe-Ni-Cr superalloy which is a solid solution strengthened iron-based superalloy composed of nickel, chromium, niobium, nitrogen and other elements, with a nickel content of about 38%. GH1035 superalloy alloy has good hot and cold workability, as well as good oxidation resistance, plasticity and impact properties. The operating temperature is below 900°C. The alloy has high thermal strength, and the level is close to GH3039 nickel-based alloy. The alloy has good thermal processing plasticity and welding and cold forming process performance.
